How did you become a model?
A model scout found me when I was doing my shopping in Munich. I was 17 years old and at that time, I lived in Germany in a small town on the shores of Lake Constance. Me and my parents were invited to visit the agency, where we signed a contract. At first there were test shootings paid by the agency, small work in Munich, after which my level of knowledge and experience slightly increased, and I was ready to go to Milan.
What was your first big breakthrough in the industry?
When I did a campaign for Pantene.
What was your most memorable shot?
All the shootings in which I participated were remembered in my own way, sometimes it was because of the colorful locations, sometimes because of the professionalism of the team, so it is very difficult to choose only one of them. For example, during the filming of the Marc’s & Spencer campaign in Zurich, the whole team came from New York and London, and this was the first time I worked with the famous photographer Chris Kramer. I was terribly worried. It was shooting on the street. So much equipment, all kinds of lighting and the prying eyes of passers-by, were directed only at me. In addition, the temperature was below zero, and the shooting was for the summer collection of clothes, and I was very cold. … But Chris’s calm and charisma made me feel comfortable and forget about external irritants, focusing on work. I cannot but mention photo shoots in breathtaking places like the Maldives and the Seychelles …. And as funny as shooting, for example, where I had to drive a Ferrari for TV jewelry advertising … everyone who at least once got behind the wheel of this car knows how damn difficult it is!

Which of the photographers did you like to work with the most and why?
I was lucky to work with many creative, brilliant and wonderful photographers. I believe that a great photographer should possess not only talent and a trained eye, but also be sensitive – this human quality is especially valuable when you have to work with a huge number of different people.
You are a member of various agencies around the world. Tell us what a good agency should be.
First of all, it is very important that the agency believes in you. They represent you and know how to do this the most beneficial for you, because your success is the success of the whole agency. Do not forget that most girls begin to work as a model at a young age. A good agency will never force you to do what you do not want. If the agency believes in you, it will provide you with everything you need, provide a test photo session with a good photographer, help you create a portfolio, will support you in every way, and all this is completely free.

Could you tell us about your daily routine when you are going to the casting?
Get up early to be on time. Lay your hair and apply day cream on your face – and I’m ready.
What do you wear for casting?
Tight black leggings and a loose t-shirt in black or white. Clothing should not hide your figure and be too colorful. I always wear flat shoes when I need to pretty much run around the city to catch a few castings during the day. But high-heeled shoes are always in my bag.

Five words, what would your friends describe you?
Well, probably you need to ask them …. I think these will be such words as kind, sensitive, confident, patient, attentive.
What is your favorite food?
I like seafood.
Cosmetics, which brands do you use?
I like many brands, such as Dior, Bobby Brown and Narse.
Can you recommend something for beginner models?
Modeling gave me the opportunity to travel to the most beautiful places around the world, meet amazing people and get to know different cultures. This profession made me independent, strong and taught me to take care of myself. I am very grateful for that.
But the life of the model is not as “sweet” as it seems. The first years are very difficult.
