One of the successful models of the “plus size” format, Iskra Lawrence, made a name for herself in the modeling industry thanks to her curvaceous forms and positive attitude towards her body. The girl has over two million followers on Instagram. But among such an army of fans, there are those who are desperate to prove to her that such a body is not healthy. But the British fashion model is not used to listening to instructions from the side and feels comfortable in her body. Moreover, while some are indignant, Spark concludes profitable contracts one by one, and also shares details about how he watches his figure.

Diets are no longer a trend
According to the model, diets are a thing of the past and have not been using them for more than seven years. Lawrence is sure that this is the secret of her beauty. Some time ago, the world of modeling was completely different. Wide hips and magnificent breasts were the reasons why modeling agencies refused to many girls who came to try their luck in the “world of high heels.” At one time, Spark succumbed to criticism even from relatives, who delicately, and sometimes not very, gave her recommendations on the wardrobe: that she should not wear tight things, so that the fullness would not catch the eye, but rather, turn her attention to the side baggy, hiding the figure of clothes.

Spark made her debut as a professional model in 2014, when Aerie, a popular lingerie brand, launched a new line of underwear for women in the body. The advertisement involved several plus-size models, among which was also the Spark. This was the first real experience of participating in professional shooting and at the same time the first big contract for Lawrence, after which fame did not take long.

Look at everything with a positive
Having such an army of followers on social networks, it’s hard not to make money from haters who condemn the lush forms of Spark. But the model is not discouraged, and with a positive attitude to all comments on their photos. Moreover, Lawrence is a supporter of natural photos, therefore she never resortes to the help of Photoshop and does not retouch her pictures, which she uploads to the network. The only thing that upsets her is that subscribers who are overweight can read such comments and accept criticism on their own account.

This is easy to see by looking at some of Lawrence’s Instagram shots. A model often signs her images with hashtags such as #everyBODYisbeautiful (“any body is beautiful”) and #nofilters (“no filters”). In addition, she came up with the hashtag #HeartNotHate (“heart, not hate”), which encourages you to send a sympathy message to anyone who needs it.

Our motivation is everything
According to the model, she doesn’t really count calories eaten, and sometimes she can treat herself to flour or sweets: “Together with friends, we often go to various cafes and restaurants where I can eat pizza or cake without guilt, but I can’t say that I do it all the time. In order for your body to “not blow apart,” you should establish some kind of trait and try not to step over it. ”

However, moderate eating is not the main secret of Lawrence’s beauty. Having a size 48 is the size of clothes, it is very difficult to always be in good shape. Therefore, Iskra regularly visits the gym, where he not only exercises with weights, but also actively practices yoga, Pilates and even boxes a little. Her favorite exercise is squats with weights, because, according to Lawrence, owners of lush loops should pay special attention to the buttocks and thighs, so she performs this exercise 2/3 times a week. However, like many others, Iskra also sometimes wants to sit back and miss a workout. At such moments, she recalls her feelings after exertion – a pleasant fatigue and inner vivacity.

“Classes in the gym not only contribute to burning extra calories, they also give me vitality and contribute to the production of endorphins,” Iskra motivates his friends.

Thanks to the combination of physical activity, motivation and proper nutrition, the model manages to maintain an appetizing figure and have feminine forms.
